Award amount is $1,500.00

REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOLARSHIP CONSIDERATION

The student must be a graduating senior at a Canyons District High School and show acceptance into a college program.
Applicant must complete this application and attach all required information.
The student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above over their high school years as demonstrated by an attached school transcript.
The student plans on attending a four-year school, two-year school, or trade school with an emphasis on a Business Degree. The award will be made to the attending school and the recipient.
Student must be in good standing in the school and community.

Essay, up to 750 words, covering the following:

A brief personal history including academic and professional career goals.
Express examples of overcoming personal hardships.
Provide examples of leadership and/or volunteerism in the community and personal accomplishments.
Describe the value of a business degree.
- Provide a copy of your university, college acceptance letter or email.
- Two letters of recommendation from persons who can attest to your academic and citizenship standing, talents, and skills.
